OPTION:
With guide but without rider
If you’re an expert scooter rider, and you’re confident that you can ride for several hours, successfully negotiating dangerous junctions, then you won’t need someone else to ride for you. If you choose this option, you must not under any circumstances drink any alcohol before or during the tour.
The price stays the same as it would be if you had a rider, but you are liable for insurance purposes for any damage to other vehicles (third-party insurance). For this reason, we will need a copy of your license, and we’ll also need your credit card details as a guarantee on the Vespa you’ll be riding.
OPTION:
With guide, without rider, carrying a passenger
If you’re an expert scooter rider, and you’re confident that you can ride for several hours, successfully negotiating dangerous junctions, you can ride the scooter yourself and carry a passenger behind you. If you choose this option, you must not under any circumstances drink any alcohol before or during the tour. You are liable for insurance purposes for any damage to other vehicles (third-party insurance), but your passenger is 100% covered. For this reason, we will need a copy of your license, and we’ll also need your credit card details as a guarantee on the Vespa you’ll be riding.

Take a seat in the saddle of the world’s most famous scooter for a 3-hour tour of Rome! The Grand Tour of Rome will take you on a voyage of discovery, allowing you to get up-close and personal with the Eternal City in the saddle of a Vespa. It really does add up to an unforgettable experience.
The Grand Tour of Roma is both the most relaxing and the most surprising way to get to know Rome inside out. We will take you alongside the Aurelian Walls and the River Tiber, passing through ancient, monumental city gates. We’ll drink from the Roman fountains that to this day provide the city with the best public water supply in Italy. We’ll visit the Aventine Hill and its orange garden, the time-honoured Appian Way and the remains of ancient Roman aqueducts and baths. As a special treat, we’ll show you where you can get the best espresso coffee and ice cream to be had anywhere in the city.

Travelling no faster than 30 km/h, your rider will guide you through the streets of Rome, giving you the lowdown on the local history and pointing out all sorts of curious information you’re not going to get from any other source.
