During this tour you will take a journey through Ancient Rome visiting the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the Palatine Hill. The 2/3-hour guided tour will start from Via Cavour going downhill towards the Oppian Hill from where you can admire the magnificent view on the Eternal City. We will head towards the Colosseum where you can enter without wasting time in unnecessary waits thanks to the priority entrance ticket. Before entering you will be fascinated by the majesty of this monument and you will find yourself catapulted into a far but still really fascinating world. The stories told by the guide will bring back to life the bloody stories of gladiators, the spectacular naval battles, but also the public executions. After a short stop at the Arch of Constantine we continue our tour towards the Palatine Hill enjoying the gorgeous view on the Roman Forum and the Circus of Nero, once used for chariot racing. We will follow the Via Sacra, the main street which once led to the Roman Forum, and where many celebrations and processions were held. Our tour will end with a visit of the Temple of Caesar where the remains of the famous emperor are kept.
